Accounts Administration

Our rapidly growing client is looking for a part time administrator tow work within their busy and expanding Credit control team.

Working 10.00am - 4.00pm 3 days per week ( negotiable of days). This is am excellent part time opportunity.

Reporting to the Credit control manager you will be responsible for day to day admin duties which will include phone calls, managing emails and queries, updating the accounts software and dealing with all necessary documentation to the support the admin team.

To be a success our ideal applicant needs to be highly organised and methodical

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Accuracy , Honesty and attention to detail is key

* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own work load

* Planning and organising skills

* Previous administration support is key

* Flexible and adaptable to duties
