Accounts Administration Assistant
My client, a leading engineering manufacturer based in Norwich are seeking a temporary Accounts Assistant with a previous accounts background including AR / AP administration, tasks to include:
- AP: Opening post, filing, matching delivery notes to invoices, processing supplier invoices on accounts payable ledger, resolving queries with purchasing department, answering incoming calls
- Reviewing staff expenses on our webexpenses platform, processing expense in accounts software (version of Oracle)
- AR; assisting with monitoring accounts receivable mailbox, updating order log and reviewing current account status for orders on hold
- Other general administration tasks
This role is likely to continue until the end of the year, likely until January / February next 2019.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, high attention to detail, methodical, confident to question when not sure, collaborates well within a team
