Our client, a small to medium size business in Hillsborough, have a requirement for an experienced bookkeeper/assistant account due to significant growth within the business.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for the accounts, operating everything at a transactional level and preparing the management accounts (trial balance)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant experience in a similar role and will be able to work to their own initiative. You will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping.
Significant experience with:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- VAT Returns
- Month-end procedures
- Credit Control
- Lodgements & Online Banking
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Preparing Year End Files for the Accountancy Firm
- IATI Qualified or ACCA/ACA/CIMA Part-Qualified
