We are looking for ambitious university graduates to begin a fast-paced and rewarding career in recruitment. This role would suit a driven and outgoing graduate with 2:1 hons; although an outstanding 2:2 graduate with relevant study experience will be considered. Eligible candidates will be articulate with the ability to converse in a professional manner and will work well to targets in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining professional standards.

The Company
Our Client's bright and modern London office is situated in the city centre, well connected by public transport links. Specialising in the Qualified Accountancy sector, the company offers a structured training programme specifically tailored for graduates going into Accountancy Recruitment. Modules are covered through both hands-on and classroom training, with assessments to track and evaluate the candidate’s progression. The successful graduate will join a team network of 60 commercially-minded individuals, spread across 5 locations. The right candidate will share the team’s key values of integrity, energy and ambition.

The role
The successful graduate can expect to initially work the candidate market, sourcing candidates to match with the requirements of specific job roles and marketing existing job roles across job boards and social media. As training progresses, work will evolve into a full 360 role- meeting both clients and candidates to develop business through live working relationships and face-to-face meetings and managing the interview processes from initial contact to the close, ensuring both client and candidate are satisfied with the service. Providing targets are hit, graduates in this role can realistically expect to be promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant by their third year, with on-target-earnings up to £70,000.
