Established in 2010, the company has successfully expanded into 5 locations: London; Reading; Guilford; Edinburgh and Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a recent graduate to join their Reading office.
Eligible candidates will have a 2:1 or above in a relevent field of study. The specific knowledge and skills attained throughout your degree will be put to use through representing high-end accounting and finance businesses; headhunting, consulting and ultimately placing professionals into the right roles within the industry.
This role is highly recommended for tenacious, ambitious and resilient university graduates who want to put their qualification to use in a fast-paced and financially rewarding environment. Candidates must be well articulated with the ability to converse in a professional manner, IT literate, own keen time-management skills and have high aspirations for themselves and their career.
Recruitment is ultimately a sales job and the graduate can expect to work in a heavily KPI, target driven environment. The fundamentals of the role will involve: business development with potential and existing clients and candidates; sourcing candidates to match the requirements of specific job roles; marketing roles across job boards, social media and face to face meetings; and managing the interview processes from initial contact to the close, ensuring both client and candidate are satisfied with the service provided.
Training and Development:
Successful candidates will be provided with full training from experienced recruitment specialists within the company and will be continually developed throughout their career; ensuring that they succeed in the business as well as being an asset to the company. The graduate will eventually become a specialist within their chosen vertical sector of accounting and finance; leading to a specialist consultant's role and developing long-term business partnerships with premium accounting and finance companies.As part of this rapidly growing business, a graduate consultant can realistically expect to be promoted to a senior position by their third year, with OTE up to £70,000.

Graduates will be provided with a pension scheme and health insurance through the company

Basic salary starts at £20,000 p/a with the potential to start earning commisison from day 1. Trainee graduates can realistically expect to take home £30,000 OTE in their first year (basic salary plus commission).
