Our client, a Multinational Business based in south Birmingham are seeking an Accountant to join the team. The main purpose of the role is to support the finance team with reconciliations, month end reporting, posting journals, financial statements, budgets and tax returns

Responsibilities Include:

*Assisting in the preparing financial statements
*Preparing and analysing management reports
*Analysing financial reports and records
*Preparing reconciliations
*Advising on correct general ledger accounts for transactions
*Treasury system reconciliation
*Assisting the preparation of all accounting duties
*Completing relevant local / US Tax information.
*Supporting the Sarbanes Oxley and Audit testing as per required deadlines

The ideal Candidate would have the following:

*Part-Qualified or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*IT literate with advanced Excel
*Able to communicate effectively at all levels in an organisation
*Knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP would be desirable

£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Flexible working
