*Analysing General ledger transactions
*Calculating accruals & prepayments
*Assisting with forecasting & budgeting
*Reconciling relevant balance sheet accounts and understanding movements.
*Working with other departments to accurately track costs.
*Working with other members of the Finance team to improve processes.
*Rotation with other Finance Assistants in order to gain relevant experience in line with studies.
*Great verbal & written communication skills & an ability to interact with people at all levels within the business.
*Good attention to detail combined with high energy.
*Ability to plan, organise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Strong systems knowledge - particularly Microsoft Excel
*Some General Ledger experience advantageous.
*Self-starter with a positive attitude.
You will be available to start at short notice and have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
