Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an amazing job opportunity for an Accountancy professional to join a growing practice, with the view of becoming a Partner.

You will join the firm as a Partner, on either an equity/profit share basis, or as a salaried Partner/Associate Partner, with a view to progressing into Partnership.

You will bring a career strength and background as an all-round account, tax adviser to sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs and SMEs across varied industries and turnovers up into the £millions.

You will oversee and manage a large portfolio of clients and team delivering on this, undertaking a client facing advisory service to clients looking to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this department in a business development focused capacity, winning new work. You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working with the wider management and support team on this. This hire is a key addition to this growing business with the opportunity to carve an influential position.

Key requirements:

  • ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualified
  • A strong background in accountancy practice having developed and progressed from a trainee
  • Commercial acumen
  • Car owner
