The client is a successful and growing UK based Group whose platforms and services enable and underpin successful property transactions across Europe.
Referral based business is an important channel for them in acquiring High Net Worth customers, and they form alliances and partnerships with a broad selection of professional businesses and blue chip organisations in the UK and Europe, including the likes of: Solicitors, Estate Agents, Online Property Aggregators and Information Providers, Developers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, and Relocation Services.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to expand their Partner network globally at an impressive rate.
The role is responsible for the successful handover from the new business team of acquired Partner accounts, and the ongoing relationship and account management of dedicated Partners. The role will create and execute account / Partner plans which will maximise the generation of leads and referrals, and successfully convert these so that income and business growth targets are met. The position will work closely and collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues, and wider business operations, in identifying and capitalising on opportunities within accounts.
The role may suit a candidate looking to build on existing account management or commercial relationship management experience, and take their next career step with a dynamic and growing business which can allow for excellent prospects.
Candidates need to be professional in approach, commercially minded, and be capable of developing relationships at senior and Director level with a range of business professionals. Experience of commercial partnerships, alliances, affiliates, affinity marketing, or joint venture based channels would be ideal.
