The successful candidates will be responsible for maximising the potential of their respective sales teams while at the same time driving the right behaviour.
You will have current and relevant experience in a management role.
Duties will include:-
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing business plans
- conducting regular 121s with each team member.
- Driving company promotions
- Motivating and installing a good working culture
- setting sales targets and business expectations
- Forecasting sales numbers on a regular basis
- Developing,coaching and improving sales ability
