My client is looking for high- performing Sales and Account managers to help them grow their business whilst taking more market share from their competitors and to meet their customer revenue and profit targets.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maximising profit, customer retention and growing business spend across all business segments:
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Good Hardware and Software sales experience
Will come from an IT background or be passionate about IT
Has sold to End Users
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Designing and implementing business plans
conducting regular 121s with each team member.
Driving company promotions
Motivating and installing a good working culture
setting sales targets and business expectations
Forecasting sales numbers on a regular basis
Developing, coaching and improving sales ability
