Renewal Sales Executive
Full Time Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary dependant on experience + bonus + benefits including health cover, sickness benefit, retail discounts and up to 28 days annual leave plus public holidays
Location - SK6 2SN - Bredbury/Stockport (70% office, 30% field)

Our Company

Active Business Communications is an IT, Mobile and Telecoms Service Provider with ambitious growth plans. We currently have around 35 people in our team and we're looking for a service-focused sales professional to manage the renewal cycle across our full product portfolio for group A, B and C customers and develop the value of those accounts by creating and handling cross-sell opportunities to support new business growth.

Principle Responsibilities

* Deliver monthly minimum contract renewal targets and weekly KPIs across full portfolio of Active's products
* Complete monthly mobile tariff analysis and deliver findings to customers and implement account changes
* Undertake quarterly F2F account reviews for A, B and C customers
* Implement Out of Contract process across the full range of Active's products
* Provide weekly and monthly forecast reports using the correct opportunity stages within SAP
* Maintain accurate customer contact information across all internal systems
* Facilitate the onboarding of new customers
* Identify and develop new customer referrals to feed into our sales channels
* Create up and cross sell opportunities for ADM through the Account Management process
* Meet agreed customer service quality standards and KPIs
* Consistently follow agreed processes and maintain process documentation
* Gather and share customer feedback
* Develop and maintain product knowledge across the full portfolio of services
* Demonstrate ongoing commitment to personal development
* Execute the role in accordance with Active's values

* Numerate and confident to analyse and present data and statistics

Your experience:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Business to Business Sales experience - contract renewal and cross-selling
* Proven track record in managing the sales process and meeting sales targets
* Leading and managing face to face meetings with senior executives
* Experience gained in a technology led environment
* Computer literate - CRM Software, Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills
