Account Manager

Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with a successful distribution company in the Bournemouth area in looking for a driven and passionate Account Manager to develop and manage business in a variety of different market sectors.

The Account Manager will be dealing with existing and new business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great, successful and long-standing company who offer a friendly working environment, career development and training, and an excellent commission scheme!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • B2B and B2C sales
  • Creating long term and effective business relationships
  • Producing quotations
  • Account Management
  • Negotiating costs
  • Visiting customers
  • Closing sales
  • Working to target sales
  • Business Development

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Sales experience within stationary, janitorial, PPE or catering industries
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Problem solving
  • Self motivated

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary (negotiable) + uncapped commission
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The Account Manager role would suit candidates currently in Account Manager, Business Development or Account Manager roles dealing ideally with PPE, janitorial or catering products.
