We help parents and families Discover, Create, Play and Share learning games with children, from birth to 5 years old, to develop the basic skills they need to succeed at school and in life.

We’re backed by the University of Oxford’s Department of Education and currently operate a live product licensed to local authorities, schools, and nurseries across the UK, which supports thousands of parents and young children.

We’re a team of 10 based in London and Madrid. We’re looking for talented, driven people to join us in 2019 as we scale across the UK, launch new products, features and business models, and develop our international strategy.

Key accountabilities:
  • Holding responsibility for allocated client accounts

  • Supporting the client life-cycle from on-boarding to renewal of contract

  • Working closely within the account management team to ensure high quality delivery

  • Feeding back all suggestions for improvement to the appropriate internal teams

  • Working to improve efficiency of internal systems and processes

  • Acting as the interface between the client, user and internal EasyPeasy team

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organise and facilitate training for EasyPeasy users

  • Perform technical and administrative set up of accounts

  • Ensure high quality delivery of EasyPeasy to key clients in a timely, effective manner

  • Provide technical support and customer service to EasyPeasy users

  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts

  • Oversee monitoring and evaluation of engagement data across accounts

  • Enable early years provider to engage in the EasyPeasy community

  • Gather evidence of impact and present them relevantly in communication materials, internally and externally

  • Report key account stats back to account management team

  • Collate user learnings and patterns, and share back to the team

  • Contribute insights to content creation for the EasyPeasy community

  • Reflect on own processes and find ways to improve the account management system

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Technical know-how and familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Streak and database, Mailchimp

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

  • Ability to juggle different tasks at one time and maintain focus

  • A fan of organisation

  • A competent problem-solver

  • Strong love for team-work, as well as initiative to complete individual tasks

  • Confidence to be proactive with relationships

  • Knowledge of early years, educational policy and current challenges for stakeholders in the education sector (desirable) Passionate about innovation in education (desirable)
