Field Based New Business Account Manager
Location - London and surrounding areas
Basic Salary - £25000- £35000 + Car allowance
Bonus - Generous OTE

What's the company?
One of the fastest growing telecoms organization who are a Vodafone Total Communications Partner with recent acquisitions in Aberdeen and Carlisle. They are looking to expand their client base by recruiting excellent and experienced Account Managers.
For this Account Managers role we are looking for:
- A clear understanding of the dynamics of Sales
- Skilled at building rapport
- Proactive, outgoing and enjoys relating to others
- Personal confidence, professional and self-belief
- Comes up with ideas for improvement and takes ownership of actions
- Maintain a customer focused approach at all times
- Any other task deemed necessary by the Management team
Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Managing a small portfolio of existing customers + new business acquisitions
- Improving and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Research answers or solutions as needed
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner with strong customer service skills
