Due to maternity leave, I have a well-known and respected office solutions company looking for an Account Manager for contracted maternity cover. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships within the Health & University sector and therefore maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the aim of increasing revenues.
The successful candidate will be expected, but not limited to the following.
To consult with the clients and quote to follow up and close, and cross sell existing client with print solutions, IT managed solutions, communication solutions, document management and office supplies
To Work with others as a team player and also under your own initiative.
To arrange and run client management meeting including reports for distribution.
To meet KPI's, carry out audits and attend project meetings.
Used to working as part of a team and independently.
To work with suppliers and others to ensure installations are completed successfully from start to end.
Dealing successfully with sensitive complaints to result in a positive outcome.
It is essential that the candidate has the experience of working within an Account management/sales role and knowledge of the industry is desired. Also, for the candidate to be able to process and interpret complex information whilst prioritising. To be used to working in a high-pressured sales environment. Must be able to use Microsoft word and Excel with the willingness to participate in presentations.
A generous salary of £21,000 including a company car.
