Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join an amazing SaaS company they supply life-changing technical solutions to 512 schools in the UK and are rapidly growing expanding to both Sydney and Singapore.
Through helping schools manage workflow they empower teachers in and out the classroom, help students with their homework and give help parents understand how well they're children are doing in school. The product is bringing schools up to speed with technology and in line with the tech-savvy world, we now live in.
Due to their rapid growth they are now looking for more Account Managers to join them. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of state, independent and international schools to ensure that they are engaging and getting the best out the platform. Of course, there are opportunities to upsell and renew, but this is not a heavy sales position. Instead, the Account Manager will ensure your accounts are getting the best service and providing help when needed.
The perfect Account Manager will:
- Have experience working in a SaaS company or in Education
- Display experience managing a portfolio
- Be comfortable setting up new customers, managing retention and upselling
- Possess commercial positioning, understanding how businesses work
- Know how to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Display previous sales experience
Joining here as an Account Manager, your customers will truly believe in the product, (around 95% of their current customers actively use the platform). This means that your days as an Account Manager won't be filled fighting against customers, but instead finding ways to improve things.
