Basic Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience + bonus earning potential
Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday

What is this role?
Reed Professional Services (RPS) are looking for an Account Manager to join this niche area of the business that falls under REED global. The role of the Account Manager is to oversee both New Business Sales and delivery of contractually agreed operational service to a client or group of clients or contracts.
Amongst other things, your role will be to identify new business opportunities, establish an alignment between the client’s needs and RPS products or services and act as a solution lead for clients to upsell new services or products.
You will also create and document value added proposals and deliver presentations up to Director level, act as the client representative for monitoring resourcing outputs, ensure Reed reaches its commercial goals, manage contract performance and also ensure the client’s line managers are supported.

Who are we looking for?
This role would suit someone with experience in consultancy, technology or recruitment, or ideally a mix of all three. You will also need demonstrable sales experience to develop or sales pipelines. You will need to be PC literate in at least Word, Excel and PowerPoint, but as preference for new technologies such as Prezi would be ideal. We are looking for someone with a good level of education, so ideally at Graduate level or similar, but we are very open for the right experience.
You will also ideally be a car driver to cover off any travel to client sites, but as this is London based then again we would be open to a non-driver too.
