My client, who specialises in the design, manufacturing, and selling of custom made clothing, is currently looking for a new Account Manager to join their fast growing and motivating team. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate, or someone who is currently in a telesales role and would like a refreshing change.
Your day-to-day will include liaising with new and existing customers, while providing a top level of customer service. You will also use your amazing customer service skills to build rapport with customers and create new business opportunities.
Majority of the work is email based, with a few phone calls coming in through out the day. With a direct relationship with the designers, you will play an integral part in the success of the business.
Based in Burgess Hill, the hours of work are Monday - Friday, with the possibility for remote working.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Sales or Account Management experience
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Able to build and develop long-lasting relationships with customers
* Confident with Word and Excel
* Have experience with online sales (not a deal breaker)
The base salary ranges from £19,000 - £21,000 which is dependant on experience.
