An exciting opportunity has arisen working within a digital media company in Leeds City Centre
Your new role
As and Account Manager your role will be to work closely with the Business Unit Director to manage and coordinate client accounts. You will be working as part of a team of 9 on a dedicated account providing an interface between internal departments and the client. You will be one of the main points of contact to the client , you will create and manage projects using bespoke in-house systems and be responsible for managing the budgets for each project you set up which will be tracked using Excel.
Manage client requests and log projects on an in house system
Quality checking information to ensure tasks are being completed within set timescales.
Prepare presentation materials
Manage client processes including quality checking information constantly Create and develop client proposals
What you'll need to succeed
The role demands a high level of Senior administration skills and a strong level of competency in using Excel. You will have an analytical mind and strong multitasking skills.
