An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growth, Hair and Beauty SME in Bristol for an Account Manager to cover the UK and Europe territories.

Client Details

Our client is a fast-growth SME specialising in delivering products to the International Hair and Beauty markets.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing dynamic Hair and Beauty trading business with customers and suppliers all over the world. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers and to grow turnover and profit. The successful candidate will liaise with customers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of goods according to customer needs.

The Account Manager will:

  • Meet/exceed business targets
  • Create channel-wide and customer-specifics orders
  • Manage National and International sales campaigns
  • Attend meetings with customers
  • Communicate clearly the progress of sales initiatives to company directors
  • Respond to customer queries and other requests for information in a timely manner and ensure that all opportunities are fully explored

This role is office based in Bristol, with some international travel.


The Account Manager will:

  • Have at least 2 years working in a professional environment
  • Can show track record of account development
  • Demonstrate evidence of managing a wide portfolio of existing accounts
  • Have international sales experience
  • Know how to understand a customers' business drivers including objectives, requirements and decision-making processes
  • Demonstrate evidence of building and managing a pipeline
  • Be confident travelling alone both nationally and internationally
  • Languages beneficial but not essential
  • Bristol based, or commutable

Job Offer

£25,000 - £28,000 + up to £50,000 OTE
