Get Recruited is working with an agency who specialise in Social Media Risk and are looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Account Manager.

As an Account Manager you will be working within a team, managing accounts for leading global brands across a variety of industries.


  • Working with some of the largest brand in the world across various industries including social apps and gaming
  • Provide proactive customer service to clients, ensuring you understand their needs and requirements and provide the relevant solution
  • You will manage the full process for clients, from the day to day details to looking ahead to the bigger future and further development
  • Representing the client internally by communicating their expectations and making recommendations on how to enhance their service and maximise each Account
  • Have responsibility for ensuring that each client receives a perfect service, promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining regular communication with each client to maximise retention and any future opportunities
  • React to buying signals and use every opportunity to upsell/cross-sell


  • Previous experience within a Digital or Social Media Account Manager role
  • Experience within the Retail, Fashion, FMCG or Financial Services industry
  • Previous experience working with senior level clients within Global brands across a variety of industries
  • At ease with working in a technical and data-driven environment
  • Exceptional presentation skills both written and verbal
