In essence, you will be given the opportunity to work with a wide variety of iconic brands which can only add value to your career. On a day to day basis, you will be developing brand and consumer activation campaigns for a raft of well-known food and drink related brands. The projects are predominantly BTL from on-pack promotions, packaging, POS, to viral and social marketing. You will be managing clients' expectations by overseeing the creative and strategic development of each campaign, in unison with account directors, creatives, and external sources.
What we're looking for
To be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 years' experience of handling consumer focused marketing campaigns which will have been gained in an agency environment. It is also important that you have a sound insight into developing brand building campaigns, both online and offline, which impact on increasing consumer interaction and awareness. You'll have a stable career to date, as they want people for the long haul. You will also have experience of working with FMCG or retail brands, where you have worked closely with a design or creative studio, overseeing the creative development of projects. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills and have experience in dealing with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients, coupled with the ability to lead the creative process.
