  • To compliantly sell insurance products to customers
  • To ask all necessary questions minimising risks to the customer and business
  • To provide customers with competitive quotations according to their needs
  • To disclose clear information about our products
  • To treat customers fairly in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • To provide professional customer care over the phone and/or in person
  • To issue all necessary paperwork to customers and perform other administrative tasks getting them right first time
  • To be confident handling all call types (e.g. new business, renewals, MTAs, inbound and outbound)
  • To confidently work towards targets (e.g. new business, renewals, cross-sell, upsell)

Working Hours

Full time position, working a shift rota

Shift 1 - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Shift 2 - Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm (2 weeks in 5)

Shift 3 - Saturday 8am-12pm (average 1 in 3 weeks)

Salary £18- £24K with 17.5% Bonus
