A leading public relations agency based in Central London is recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to provide excellent customer service through managing relationships, delivering amazing product and strategically growing the account.

Ideally you will have previous experience of running medium sized accounts, managing the day to day implementation of client campaigns, along with managing the new business process too

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business objectives and PR’s role in achieving them
  • Support senior team members in developing the client’s comms strategy
  • Articulate the strategy to the wider team and take responsibility for implementing it
  • Manage ongoing activities and drive day-to-day results smoothly and efficiently
  • Lead on reporting to and communication with clients
  • Empower junior colleagues to succeed and develop
  • Anticipate potential issues at both a strategy and tactical level
  • Establish a trusted relationship with key client contacts
  • Ensure we always communicate with clients clearly, consistently and proactively
  • Provide counsel and advice on strategy and tactics in conjunction with senior team
