Base Location: Leeds or the North East
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, plus car allowance of £3,000 plus competitive bonus up to £10,000 and other company benefits
What the role of an Account Manager looks like:
This role will be working on one of our newest MSP contracts working for a large financial services organisation. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for providing line management support to a team based in the north who are managing the client account. The team are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with the client's line managers to ensure that they are supported and guided in compliance with agreed contractual processes.
The team are also responsible for effectively managing both cost and time to hire, whilst generating a profitable income stream for the Reed Group.
Your opinion will count as it is important that the successful candidate gets to grips with demanding recruitment requirements and is able to challenge recruitment decisions where appropriate, whilst providing a world class consultative service.
This role is extremely fast-paced with new and demanding challenges each day. If you are resilient, creative and able to think on your feet this position will suit you.

The Person - What makes a good Account Manager?
The ideal person will already be working as an Account Manager or as a Business Partner within the recruitment industry, who can demonstrate the skills required to take the next step into managing an on-site recruitment team. Previous experience of managing in a RPO or MSP client site environment would also be advantageous.
You will have significant experience of managing volume and/or/specialist operational resourcing and have previous experience of managing key components of the resourcing process, including attraction strategies and manpower planning.
