Sussex Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to work with our client who are market leaders in the IT solutions industry throughout the UK.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed and hardworking. Ideally you will have experience within the IT industry, however, it is of more importance that you are self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed. In this role you will be mainly focusing on internal sales, securing new accounts and developing existing clients. A driving licence is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities:

Introductory contact via telephone/email

Following up new business opportunities

Negotiating/closing sales proposals

Maintaining, updating and inputting client records

Establishing and maintaining working relationships

Leads research/pro-active client-based development

Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients

Providing management with market feedback/reports
