Netbox Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an employer of choice based in Gillingham to recruit an Account Manager.
As part of an established team you will be working alongside over 6,000 customers offering additional training, consulting and implementing tailored solutions to individual businesses.
* Consulting with customers and educating on the best processes to maintain client base and increase revenue.
* Building strategic Marketing plans with customers
* Setting up and configuration for new customers
* Designing client letter and postcard templates utilising all software available.
* Training customers on all aspects of the communication tool and ensuring all records of customer interactions are kept in our clients CRM system
* Covering incoming calls to support and train customers effectively
* Proven experience in customer service
* A-C GCSE Maths and English
* Experience of exceeding challenging targets
* Proven ability to work under pressure
* A good understanding of computers and related technologies
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office
* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop desired
