Job Title: Account Manager.
Department: Client Services.
Responsible/Reporting to: Senior Account Manager.
The Purpose of an Account Manager:
As an Account Manager for this reputable agency you will act as the interface to designated accounts - developing, nurturing and maintaining a healthy one-to-one relationship, delivering a premier client experience throughout the cycle and post-project completion.
You will be collaborating with the relevant project management team to ensure all client requirements are met within deadline and budget. You will be supporting the Senior Account Manager on any project required.
Your responsibility as the Account Manager:
Operate wide within the Client Services function to provide a professional, accountable and proactive service to designated clients
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts and stakeholders within your designated accounts via face to face meetings, regular report calls and other methods of communication
Communicate briefs through to the studio
Working side by side with all operational teams including Project Management, retouching and Digital enhance client experience
To have the ability to manage projects autonomously
To identify additional project opportunities
To process digital image requests from the retouching team in a timely manner
Preferred experience from the Account Manager:
Digital and Print Media
Agency (or client-side marketing function) background
Background of managing budgets
Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Communications or Digital media desirable
