Your new role
You will speak with customers on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service as well as managing a busy email workload. You will analyse monthly reports to assist customers with ideas to improve their business performance and give advice and support when required. As well as the customer service side you will also focus on technical administration e.g. amending and updating websites and distributing information through different network platforms. No day is the same in this busy role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be confident speaking with customers on the phone. You will be able to cope under pressure and prioritise a busy workload. You must have strong IT skills in particular Excel and have an analytical nature. You must also be able to retain technical knowledge quickly and you be a fast learner.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a yearly salary of £17,500. You will be enrolled in the benefits package provided by this company.
