Account Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our successful client based in Moorgate for a Account Manager to join their fun and friendly team! The successful candidate will play a key part for a key account for my client, they will be a motivated and driven to deliver of high standard to this account.

My Client is a successful large nationwide organisation, they are looking for someone has got experience in providing a high level of customer service and be proactive in their administration skills. Organisation and multi tasking are key!


  • Managing and maintaining the customer relationship alongside the Client Director
  • Providing day to day administrative support
  • Management and analysis of customer bill reporting
  • Overseeing practise of customer/supplier processes and feeding back suggested changes where required
  • Managing conflicting and changing priorities
  • Resolving escalations and complaints

Experience Required

  • Two years minimum experience in administrator type role
  • Experience in within Telecoms industry preferred but not essential
  • Experience in customer facing environment preferred
  • Some experience of service management preferred but not essential
