A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our successful client based in Moorgate for a Account Manager to join their fun and friendly team! The successful candidate will play a key part for a key account for my client, they will be a motivated and driven to deliver of high standard to this account.
My Client is a successful large nationwide organisation, they are looking for someone has got experience in providing a high level of customer service and be proactive in their administration skills. Organisation and multi tasking are key!
- Managing and maintaining the customer relationship alongside the Client Director
- Providing day to day administrative support
- Management and analysis of customer bill reporting
- Overseeing practise of customer/supplier processes and feeding back suggested changes where required
- Managing conflicting and changing priorities
- Resolving escalations and complaints
- Two years minimum experience in administrator type role
- Experience in within Telecoms industry preferred but not essential
- Experience in customer facing environment preferred
- Some experience of service management preferred but not essential
