We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Marketing Services team.
You’ll work closely with the client services team on some of the company’s largest and fastest growing accounts. You’ll manage the overall project process from initial client brief through to completion. You will liaise with the client on a regular basis and work closely with print & fulfilment teams to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
As the Account Manager, you’ll also develop and maintain strong relationships with the wider client team. The role will require constantly prioritising impending work flow as an essential skill. You will thrive on problem-solving and be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing a quality service for your senior colleagues.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing client accounts
- Developing long-term trusted client relationships
- Maximise sales opportunities and profitability
- Maintaining data security
- Receiving brief from client and preparing quotes
- Job management from brief to delivery
- QA & QC processes
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Knowledge of InDesign & Print Shop Mail an advantage
- Some technical data skills an advantage
