As an Internal key account manager your main responsibilities will be;
Processing orders / liaising with production team to ensure orders are dispatched
Liaise with customers on a daily basis to meet their needs and manage expectations.
Provide support to our business development managers out on the road
Produce quotations upon customer request
Provide excellent customer service to develop and maintain existing key accounts.
Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
Attend site visits as and when required
Additional ad-hoc duties which relate to this position
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage own workload
Target driven with a can do attitude
Experience working in a fast paced environment
