My client is a leading re-seller of IT products and technology solutions to businesses across the UK. They seek an experienced IT sales professional to join them on a permanent basis to expand their client base and work together to maximise business overall.
You will be offered a very competitive starting salary which will be reviewed based on your performance throughout your career with the business, working hours of 9am - 5.15pm daily with 20 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and an additional 3 days to compensate for Xmas shut down. Above all this business offer a lucrative monthly commission scheme of 20% of all sales made (once your threshold/target has been attained).
Contact your existing and new clients through outbound tele-marketing and other electronic platforms to qualify their IT needs
Sell features of our client's services over the phone whilst liaising internally to discuss other services
Close business in line with targets and SLAs
Create existing contracts with new clients to ensure repeat business
Update the CRM system with new client details
Take ownership of new clients and offer excellent customer service including after sales services
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must have sales experience gained from the IT industry. Experience should include hardware sales, software sales and if possible solutions based service sales. Other IT related sales will be considered should you be able to demonstrate a proven sales history within the industry. Excellent communication is key as it good negotiation and service skills throughout a sale.
