Our client is a leading services provider within the fleet management industry looking for an Account Manager to play an important role in the forward progress of the organisation. The Account Manager will be accountable for the overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts. They will be required to maximise levels of client satisfaction and contract revenues through proactive operational and strategic relationship management as well as manage, support and monitor a team of account management staff in ensuring client service levels are consistently at the highest possible. The key areas of responsibility are outlined below: -
New contract implementation
Provision of management reports and contract performance data
Improvement of customer service delivery
