Due to expansion, my client a well established national company is looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their friendly team.
Duties include :
- Taking care of current accounts, arranging quotations, following up and processing orders.
- Upselling and cross selling
- Building relationships to ensure repeat business
- Liaising with purchasing team and despatch to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules
- Making outbound calls to win new business
You should be :
- Educated to GCSE grade C and above
- Have 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Well organised, used to prioritising own work schedule
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Be used to working to and exceeding KPI's
- Hold a full UK driving licence
