Account Manager

We are growing and looking for an account manager to join the team at our exciting B2B technology marketing agency.

  • Client liaison with ultimate ownership of and responsibility for your clients
  • Ensuring campaign success and growing client repeat business
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of campaigns
  • Managing deadlines and targets effectively
  • Responsible for regular client contact and updates: face to face, phone, email
  • Prompt and accurate response to client contact at all times
  • Manage and chair regular calls, face to face reviews, campaign set up and 'campaign kick-off’ meetings
  • Work closely with the campaign managers and research team where appropriate to ensure accurate reporting is issued to clients
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and presenting them professionally
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure quality work from client feedback
  • Deal with senior stakeholders effectively
