I am looking for three customer support executives to expand the dynamic and established support team of this successful and growing telecommunications services provider.

The company provides mobile and fixed solutions to the financial, hedge fund, legal and consular markets and needs ambitious, confident individuals who love solving problems and providing an excellent customer experience.

They have customers like the BBC, a major hotel group, a household name Insurance company and a number of high net worth individuals who trust them to run their telecommunications. They work with major network operators such as BT, Vodafone, O2 and EE, across all platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows and Cisco technologies in addition to their own dedicated systems and mobile apps.

Based in West London, this is a fast moving and busy client facing role, but will be fully supported and trained by the rest of the team. You will be the bridge between our customers and the sales, finance, technology and provisioning teams.

In addition to your basic salary of between £25,000 and £27,500 - based on shift patterns, you can earn up to £500 in attendance bonus and a Christmas bonus that is based on company performance - this recently has been up to £4500 but will be guaranteed in the first year.

This role will suit a recent graduate or an individual looking to move on to a growing and successful company at the forefront of the telecoms revolution.
