Our Client is a growing and professional business with a worldwide presence with its Head Office based in Crewe.
They are currently looking for a B2B Account Managers to join their business to contact existing customers selling additional products.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Typical Account Managers work activities include:
•Prospecting existing customers with a view to selling them an extra products.
•Active calling of other campaigns put together to generate other streams of business and growth
•Marketing to existing customer bases through various ways including mail shot, E-flyer campaigns and invoice referrals
•Identify potential within the portfolio for increased revenue
Account Manager Experience Required:
The essential skills/attributes are: -
•Previous sales experience, ideally telesales
•Excellent communication skills; being confident and articulate
•Ability to negotiate with clients to achieve win-win situations
The desirable skills: additional ideal experiences should include :-
•Methodical and thorough approach towards tasks
•An ability to work well in a focused team,
•Reliable and able to rapidly establish a high degree of trust and rapport
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Good administrative skills
•Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow a daily structure
