My client is a leader in the care provision sector, who due to expansion are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their dynamic team based in Andover.

With a working base in Andover, Hampshire, the Account Manager reports directly to senior management. We are looking for a motivated, highly energetic, creative and flexible Account Manager to take responsibility for the flow of registering carers in order to ensure our clients are able to select from a choice of presented carers who are able to match their needs and wishes.

Travelling as necessary to facilitate your role, you are a team player, with excellent inter-personal skills, professional, and reliable. You are also a self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue through the introduction and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies.

Account Manager Primary roles:

•Manage an Account of enquiring care workers - Develop & enhance the process of acquiring carers.

  • Ensure the company has enough 'active’ carers to facilitate an effective service to clients. • Advertising Carer Vacancies across different mediums and platforms to include digital/social & print • Present weekly measured progress reports • Extensive knowledge of the market & our competitors always • Design a selection matrix for choosing the optimum carer •Explore & report on market best practices • Dealing with the flow of carer enquiries, managing them, being responsive and ultimately converting to 'registered carers.’ •Keep abreast of market intelligence and market trends. • Attend Exhibitions & Job Fayres

Account Manager Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Full Driving License
  • Industry knowledge ideal but not essential

Account Manager Person specification:

You must be a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, with an eye for new opportunities and sound commercial acumen. You must be independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work. You’ll need a great sense of humour and want to have fun in your job making the most of every day! Above all, to be successful in this fantastic role you need to show enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to help a great team grow.
