My client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Employee Relationship Manager (Account Manager) to Register, on-board and continually support the umbrella workforce to the highest possible standards, ensuring the experience is a memorable one that leads to increased satisfaction and referrals.
Ideally this would suit someone with a Customer Service background in conjunction with strong administration skills.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and email enquiries, ensuring that the database is accurately updated within specific timeframes.
You will use a consultative sales approach to evaluate the best options the company offers for a contractor and qualify the referral.
You will ensure, by way of surveying contractors, that expectations are met throughout the on-boarding/registration process. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the continued support for those contractors on a regular and proactive basis, at various 'touch' points throughout their employment.
