We are looking for an Account Manager for this market leading company that specialises in selling 'Cost Savings’ to business clients.
This is a genuinely lovely company that we have personally dealt with for over 10 years. They take pride in the service they provide to their existing clients, and therefore, have a high business retention rate. Over the last ten years they have grown in both monetary turnover and employee numbers at their Welwyn Garden City site, and now require a further person to assist with this growth.
This would only suit someone who has worked in a B2B customer service environment and who has enjoyed face to face client contact. This role is a mixture of being office based and being out and about visiting your clients. You will be reviewing your allocated clients’ accounts and identifying and monitoring the cost savings through to managing contracts that have been implemented.
This is a non sales role and you will be managing an existing client base so excellent customer service is key.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on the phone and face to face.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to run your own desk autonomously
- Numerate and computer literate (Word and Excel)
- Able to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Good Presentation skills
- Full driving Licence

Salary is £24k plus company car. In addition you will receive a £3k p/a bonus (£750/quarter) which will be guaranteed for the first year.
