Account Manager - Technology

As an Account Manager at Eckoh, you will be responsible for the day to day management of key strategic accounts including; account development, coordination, relationship management and the measurement and monitoring of account performance.

The Successful Account Management candidate will work for Eckoh .We are an established Technology company in Hemel Hempstead providing some of the largest businesses in the UK and globally with multi-channel customer service and payment solutions including SMS, Web and mobile apps.

We work in a colourful, collaborative open-plan environment where the Successful Account Manager will find cross-departmental teams working on exciting projects, releasing new products/technology and on- boarding clients. We have also won awards for investment in our People Strategy.

As an Account Manager at Eckoh, you will be responsible for the day to day management of key strategic accounts including; account development, coordination, relationship management and the measurement and monitoring of account performance.

Account Manager key responsibilities and deliverables

  • The Successful Account Manager will Manage a portfolio of key strategic clients
  • You will Work in partnership with the team to achieve client deadlines, maximise revenue and excel in customer service.
  • The Account Manager will Generate quotations in response to customer requests
  • As the Account Manager you will conduct monthly client meetings and providing proactive, commercial and imaginative input, suggestions and solutions to meet the challenges faced by clients
  • The Account Manager will Prepare detailed account plans, you’ll seek to leverage the full potential of our client’s solutions through the delivery of impactful presentations
  • The Successful Account Manager will ensure full management of client queries and fault resolution
  • You will Provide diligent internal reports on account status and revenue tracking
  • The Account Manager will project manage client application changes through the change control cycle
  • Your Account Manager will be responsible for client retention
  • The successful Account Manager will Produce daily/monthly/ quarterly reports, along with tracking application performance

  • The Account Manager will posess the ability to work to deadlines, along with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and the ability to multi-task
  • The successful Account Manager will posess a proven ability to sustain high level of performance under pressure and remain focused
  • You will posess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across functions and organisations.
  • The Account Manager will have a good level of commercial acumen

Account Manager Technical competence

  • 3 to 4 years proven experience of Account Management
  • A sustained and demonstrable track record of success in building sales revenue from existing accounts.
  • A strong knowledge of contact centre market and relevant technologies is preferable
  • Experience in PCI compliant solutions is preferable
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce and PowerPoint

Salary: £30,000-£40,000
