The Role:

It’s a strategic sales role…

If successful you will be responsible for:

  • Organising meetings with clients, manage relationships and work closely with customer success.
  • You will be focussed on renewing and retaining circa 150 accounts which will grow as you advance in your career with our client.
  • Upselling/Cross selling across an existing portfolio of clients
  • Travel may be involved to meet business’ face to face

Coming in at no.2 on the account management team, it’s a huge opportunity for growth with the aim of developing one of the three verticals they want to create (Enterprise, Medium, and SME/Start-up.

The suitable candidate needs:

  • 3 years’ experience in a consultative customer facing role (management consulting, account management, customer success management, etc).
  • Proven track record of leading engagements with B2B customers resulting in contract value growth on both upsells and renewals.
  • The ideal candidate will be presentable, personable and confident. Their communication and organisation must be of the highest standard.
