In order to realise substantial opportunities for further growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager, who has worked in temporary staffing, ideally within health or social care.
You will initially be expected to develop new business, based on a range of warm leads.
Once you've established supply arrangements, you'll manage the day-to-day processes of managing the supply of temporary staff, liaising with hiring managers and other points of contact at client services.
There will be potential to progress into a Team Manager / Business Development Manager role, based on you handing over clients, once established, in order to generate further new business.
You'll be well supported by an experienced team, including dedicated Resourcing, Compliance and Payroll functions, together with other Account Managers and Senior Management.
You'll be based at our fantastic office in Chessington near Kingston, Surrey (just off the A3 / half an hour from central London). You'll also be expected to attend key client / new business meetings regularly.
This is a role that would suit someone who has worked in a front-line temporary staffing role for at least 2 years, preferably within the health and social care sector.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for developing successful Client relationships.
Equally, you will be able to recruit, develop and retain a strong pool of temporary workers, in order to fulfil your client requirements.
Above all, you must demonstrate a "can do" attitude, with an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
