Account Manager -Scientific Portfolio

Territory: Oxford and Midlands

Salary: Attractive Package including car, home office and bonus scheme

Exciting opportunity to join a well-respected market leading organisation and manage a specialist portfolio to maximise sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with life science focussed field sales experience and a scientific background

Working from the office and visiting clients several times a week, the successful candidate will take on a territory and will lead the sales process directly with the customer. Candidates must have strong chemistry understanding and will ideally have previous sales experience, being able to understand sales cycle associated with scientific product sales within academia as well as the private sector.

Candidates must be highly motivated and will be looking to join a leading organisation with a strong reputation for quality and service delivery. You will be dynamic with an excellent eye for detail and will be able to spot, develop and convert sales using a range of techniques. An enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to succeed in a scientific sales career would be ideal for this position.

Requirements
- Have a degree or relevant experience in Life Science industry
- Have a driven, positive and personable nature
- Previous sales experience ideally field based
- Knowledge of the Midlands territory, especially Oxford
