Sales Executive / Account Manager

This is a consultative sales position; you'll use your B2B sales, account management, excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be joining a strong force of 12 Sales Executives. The sales team covers Re-sellers, Contractors and Manufacturers selling to business across the whole of the UK.

  • Planning and outbound calling of new prospects to build long term profitable sales.
  • Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM as well as providing accurate information to customers and colleagues
  • Ongoing account management and growth of your customer portfolio
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' business requirements
  • Challenging any objections and conversion of quotations

Requirements:

  • B2B telephone sales experience, ideally consultative or technical sales
  • Client relationship skills  Exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition and energy
  • Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Good level of numeracy
