Account Manager - Recruiting / Service Delivery
The Account Manager - Recruiting / Service Delivery will lead and grow a successful recruiting team located in London while also providing prioritization and direction to an offshore recruiting team. The Director will manage the day to day activities of the recruiting teams while leveraging their staffing industry experience to help increase eTeam's market share.
Hire, train, ramp and retain local recruiters to fill both Technology and Non-Technical contract positions for our clients in UK/EMEA .
Create and implement recruiting strategies and specific process improvements to drive and improve team productivity.
Foster a culture of accountability through training, mentoring and deskside coaching, as well as measurement of team and individual performance via agreed upon metrics.
Understand client requirements and partner with the Director of Sales to prioritize activity. Help drive client intake calls with hiring managers.
Exceed goals for new placements, gross profit added, and gross profit run rate.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an individual contributor recruiter in the Technology staffing industry with demonstrated success in recruiting defined by specific accomplishments
Experience recruiting for Fortune 1000 companies in UK/EMEA .
Experience recruiting in both MSP/VMS client environments and filling roles directly sourced from client hiring managers by our account executives.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
