Account Manager - About The Role:

  • Research, cold call & build relationships with new clients
  • Communicating new product developments & services to prospective clients
  • Engage with and maintain key relationships within the assigned accounts
  • Build business pipeline to achieve monthly targets
  • Proactive follow up of opportunities to close deals
  • Engage with the specialist sales teams where appropriate to sell value services & to meet customer needs
  • Plan approaches & pitches, working with others to develop a proposal that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns & objectives
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade & negotiate appropriately

Account Manager - About You:

  • A proven track record within a target driven environment
  • History of working in an IT Sales focused role
  • Knowledge of the IT Sales channel and where companies fit in
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding rapport building abilities
  • A passion to deliver the best service possible
  • A love of working with other likeminded people
