Position: Account Manager
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum + benefits

As an Account Manager, you will be managing the production of printed collateral and get involved in managing service improvement projects. You will be working with a high-priority client who is also this company’s highest performing account, where you will be creatively delivering excellence against the whole service offering including Campaign Management, Data and Creative Services. The existing relationship with the client and operational teams has developed into a strong partnership over the last few years and you will continue to manage the key relationships in this partnership, while also delivering the complete end-to-end process, from brief through to invoicing. Your work will be pivotal to the future strategic growth of the account.
The Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with "broad shoulders" who relishes working under pressure in a professional but creative-led environment. The Account Manager will need to demonstrate an unflappable approach to problem-solving and managing difficult situations. You will have strong commercial print experience that ideally includes having experience of Direct Mail, but experience within POS would also be advantageous. It is essential that you have a print background. You will be skilled at managing multiple print campaigns concurrently, while demonstrating commercial awareness and stakeholder management. Although not essential, experience working within a retail or FMCG environment would be beneficial.
